CORE JOB: To manage and ensure successful end to end delivery of the IT work stream of business projects to agreed time, cost and quality and support the project team on target application and solution in all dimensions.
RESPONSIBILITIES: · Assists with the development of the project scope and objectives, the identification & evaluation of options for project delivery and the preparation of a project documentations and plans ·
Ensures that IT solution requirements are defined, delivered and monitored ·
Ensures quality control procedures are used correctly ·
Establishes the IT solution delivery project team(s) working methods and support the project team in all solution related objectives. ·
Develops schedules and work packages for the IT project delivery team ·
Monitors and adjusts activities, resources and plans ·
Manage vendor / external resources / Regional resources /ITC / Global team and local project team. ·
Manage finance and budgets (forecasts, actual vs planned., etc). ·
Controls hand-over of responsibility for the IT solution ·
Initiates and influences key stakeholder relationships
SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE: ·
Degree Educated with 7+ years ·
Prince2 practitioner. ·
Ability to manage stakeholders effectively and proactively manage all project related things. ·
Ability to identify and manage risks and issues reliably ·
Strong planning and budgeting skills ·
Experience in large global organisation using in-sourced and out-sourced IT service providers
