We are seeking a motivated and goal-oriented Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing sales team. The SDR will play a critical role in identifying and qualifying potential customers for our SaaS solutions. Your primary responsibility will be to generate and nurture leads through outbound outreach, inbound lead follow-up, and strategic prospecting efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and qualify leads through cold calls, emails, and social media outreach.
  • Identify potential client needs and pain points to determine product fit.
  • Schedule meetings and product demos for the sales team.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to optimize lead generation strategies.
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly quotas for qualified leads and meetings set.

Experience & Skills:

  • 1–3 years of SDR or BDR experience, preferably in a SaaS company.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS sales cycles and cloud-based software solutions.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow within a sales team.
  • Proficient in using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales engagement platforms.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree preferably in Business Studies
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Business Development/Sales in the US or UK market

Job Type: Full-time (On-site)

Salary Package: 150K+ (Depending upon experience)
