Purpose: Prospecting, researching and developing new business opportunities in order to reach sales targets. Maintaining and developing business with existing and potential customers, focusing on customers services.
Responsibilities:
- Prospecting through: Traffic at sales centre, emails, phone calls and management referred clients, Real Estate agents referred clients, lending institutions, social function, using personnel network.
- Achievement of Sales targets (individual/Team),
- Maintain knowledge on competition and prices
- Providing superior customer services
- Must attend mandatory training classes/workshops/seminars.
- Must work Weekends and holidays.
- Occasional travel may be required.
- Map and adapt key performance indicators.
- To liaison with other departments to get information for the sales department.
