Job Description

  • Conduct training for new and current employees and develop training plans for underperforming sales persons.
  • Observe sales encounters and determine the training needs for individuals and/or sales teams.
  • Conduct TNA (Training Need Assessment) survey and formulate training plan accordingly.
  • Design and construct training manual, which includes required training material used for the projects.
  • Direct structured learning experiences and monitor their quality results.
  • Periodically evaluate ongoing programs to ensure reflect any changes.
  • Stay abreast of the new trends and tools in sales development.
