Responsible for all HR management and development and any other HR related matters.
* Ability to innovate to create and implement continuous improvement initiatives
* Liaise with senior management to understand their HR requirements related to the organization.
* Organizing & coordinating internal & external training opportunities for all employees
* Promotes communication between colleagues for the benefit of information flow and to curb any problems that arise
* Manage and resolve any matters related employee relations within organization.
* Drafting and designing of HR policies, procedures and employment contacts.
