Operational Efficiency:
Ensure zero failures in following up of operational SOPs
Ensure regular interaction with existing clients and maintain the record of complaints with remedial actions
Responsible for smooth execution of existing contracts.
Responsible for update maintenance of trucks while utilizing the maintenance team
Responsible for upkeep of the marshaling area
Financial Efficiency:
Responsible for receivables of the company on fortnightly basis
Ensure submission of monthly closing at the given date
Responsible for the smooth payables’ management
Control Risk Mitigation:
Responsible for the successful ISO Certification of company
Monitor and ensure all HSEC policies are followed in true letter and spirit
Highlight immediate issues faced by the company during the monthly briefings
