Abacus BPO is looking for a Team Lead to oversee daily operations, manage team performance, and ensure smooth workflow within a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and support daily team operations in line with business goals and KPIs
- Coach and motivate team members to improve performance and productivity
- Allocate tasks and manage shift schedules as per operational requirements
- Conduct team meetings, one-on-ones, and performance reviews
- Act as the point of escalation for issues and ensure timely resolution
- Monitor and report campaign performance with data-driven insights
- Stay updated on industry trends and tools relevant to team operations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- 1–2 years of experience as a Team Lead in a call center or BPO environment
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Sound knowledge of contact center operations
- Proficiency in MS Excel
- Flexibility to work rotational shifts (5 days a week)
Working Hours
- Rotational shifts (9 hours per day)
- Two weekly offs
