Responsibilities:Offshore Cash Support;
- Manage client cash effectively on a daily basis
- Follow up with client on discrepancies
- Follow up with client on pick ups
- Maintain integrity and accuracy in financial transactions and reports
- Maintain a backup for all the financial data
- Maintain security and confidentiality of financial records
- Forecast daily cash position by utilizing cash portal
Offshore Operations Support;
- Surveillance of client’s retail outlet
- Monitor and adjust employee hours
- Investigating and presenting cases to management for corrective actions
