Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with technical project & program manager for all activities, resources, and information.
- Understand the existing system & its modules to suggest improvements and impediments and adjustments.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, flow charts & step by step plans.
- Liaise with clients & stake holders to identify and define requirements, scope, and objectives.
- Analyze current system to see if new processes can be implemented using existing functionalities.
- Analyze the impacts of new requirements on the current system and the ongoing process.
- Make sure that clients’ needs are met as the project evolves.
- Coordinate with technical team to ensure all requirements are understood correctly.
- Work with the Project Manager to eliminate blockers.
- Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants.
- Ensure standards and requirements are met by conducting user acceptance tests.
- Develop plans and strategies for implementation based on organizational requirements.
- Coordinate and manage implementation efforts in conjunction with project teams.
- Conduct all post implementation activities.
- Enforce system usage, procedures, and standards.
- Manage team of software support executives
- Handle software-related requests from leadership and user groups for assistance on problems
- Troubleshoot software functionalities and identify root causes of bugs.
- Analyze software related issues and propose solutions.
- Get the bugs fixed in the system and verify solutions prior to communicating them.
- Obtain and log user feedback for the purpose of process & system improvement.
- Create release notes and share with users to notify about newly released features and fixed bugs.
- Create user manuals, showing step-by-step information on how to use the functionalities correctly.
- Work with content and brand team and share the specifications for brand videos, explainer videos, informative videos, event recap videos.
- Create content cadence and flow based on the requirements discussions and vibe of the video.
- Manage tasks and video projects through Asana.
- Review and understand changes to later explain video editing team.
- Work with multiple reporting and approval authorities project to project.
Requirements:
- Bachelors in computer science or related field.
- Proven work experience as a Project Manager / Coordinator or similar role.
- Managed a team of support executives.
- Experienced in working with technical team (technical writers, developers, QA etc.
- Experience in project management, from conception to delivery.
- Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management.
- Strong client-facing and teamwork skills.
- Familiarity with system implementation and quality assurance control.
- Strong knowledge of Premier Pro, After Effects.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint & Excel).
- Hands-on experience with project management tools especially Asana, DevOps).
- Experience of managing graphic designers, motion graphic artists and animators.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving attitude.
