Job Description

The Travel Coordinator is responsible for the company’s travel needs. Duties include (but may not be limited to) hotel, car rental, visa and flight arrangements.

Job Duties:

·         Responsible for coordinating all company international & domestic travel

·         Assess traveller needs and make the best possible travel arrangements for company business while ensuring company travel policies are followed.

·         Ensures travel needs are meet within the constraints of the travel budget

·         Set up and maintain traveller profiles to ensure accuracy.

·         Track airline flight credits to ensure they are used for future travel.

·         Work with company travel agency

·         Administer leased vehicles

·         Assist HR Department with various projects

·         Ability to work in fast environment with interruptions, deadlines and changes.

·         Ability to think logically in following procedures and instructions

·         Other job duties and special projects as requested

·         Support corporate as well as small group travel reservations.

·         Confirm reservations, distributes tickets along with confirmations to traveler.

·         Research on optimal travel alternatives.

·         Coordinate, supervise and implement every aspects of travel arrangements for staff, executives, athletes and production team.

·         Resolve organization travel related technical conflicts.

·         Research and resolve all incorrect charges with respected to entire travel program.

·         Review travel associated invoices as well as statements for accuracy plus codes for Accounts Payable.

·         Ensure to compare invoices with genuine travel transactions to validate every charge.

·         Verify entire group reservation request for correctness against meeting profile.

·         Identify most suitable as well as best quality service with reasonable possible rates.

·         Collect information from travel agent and hotels vendors etc.

·         Perform with Travel Agency to verify travel details and arrange reservations using existing flight schedules as well as Internet resources.

Requirements:

·         Experience required in acquiring documentation such as passports, visas, or other clearances needed for travel

·         3+ years of related experience

·         Bachelors degree (minimum)

·         Geographical knowledge

·         Microsoft Office proficient

·         Ability to act independently and autonomously

·         Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

·         Highly personable

·         Excellent communication and customer service skills (written and verbal)
