Reviewing resumes and applications
Engaging with employees regularly to understand the motivation levels of people in the organization.
Develop and manage recruitment campaigns using a variety of media, such as websites, direct mail and social media, etc.
Preparing letters such as offer and confirmation
Conducting exit interviews for employees and recording them accordingly
Reviewing job descriptions for all positions at regular intervals and updating them in consultation with the respective managers
Engaging with employees on a regular basis to understand the motivation levels of people in the organization
Conducting the first round of telephonic interviews for the candidates to schedule interviews.
Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties assigned.
Preparing and submitting all relevant HR letters/ documents/ certificates per the requirement in consultation with the management.
