Our company is seeking an experienced Project Head - Construction to oversee and lead our construction projects from inception to completion. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing multiple projects, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate all aspects of construction projects, including scheduling, budgeting, resource allocation, and risk management
- Work closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that project specifications are met and that all parties are aligned on project goals
- Supervise and manage project teams, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure that projects are executed to the highest standards of quality
- Ensure that all work meets safety and regulatory standards, and that all necessary permits and inspections are obtained
- Monitor and report on project progress, providing regular updates to senior management and stakeholders
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in construction project management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience with project management software and tools
