ABT Global, a trusted provider of Accounting and Management Consultancy services, is looking for a proactive and highly skilled Assistant Accountant to join our remote team. This role is ideal for an experienced professional who is technologically fluent and ready to manage the complete accounting lifecycle for our diverse client base.

Core Responsibilities & Technical Expertise

The successful candidate must possess an expert-level command of both fundamental accounting practices and modern digital tools:

1. Full Accounting Cycle & Reconciliation

Execute the full cycle of accounting from initial entry to final financial statement preparation.
Demonstrate exceptional reconciliation skills across bank, credit card, and ledger accounts to ensure financial integrity and accuracy.

2. Software Mastery (Non-Negotiable)

Mandatory: Excellent, hands-on proficiency with a range of modern accounting platforms, including:
- Zoho Books
- Odoo
- Tally ERP
- QuickBooks
Advanced MS Excel Skills for complex data analysis, formula creation, and reporting.

3. UAE VAT Compliance (Key Advantage)

Strong working knowledge of UAE VAT Law is a significant advantage.
Immediate preference will be given to candidates who can demonstrate experience with UAE VAT compliance and reporting.

Candidate Profile & Qualifications

Category Requirement Education Minimum of a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) or Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA). Experience At least 2 years of progressive, relevant experience in an accounting role. Availability Must be avilable immediately to commence work.
