We’re looking for an SDR who can confidently talk to U.S. business owners, understand their situation, and connect them with our clients. Your focus will be on converting businesses that are interested in learning more about our clients’ services into qualified introductions — no cold prospecting. You’ll mostly communicate through written channels like email, SMS, and LinkedIn. Over time, we’ll introduce warm calling as the next step — and we’ll train you for that. You’ll work directly with our Chief Relationship Officer, following our systems and improving them as you grow.

  What You’ll Do

  • Respond to inbound leads and nurture conversations until they’re ready for a meeting

  • Qualify businesses based on set criteria before scheduling introductions

  • Book meetings using Calendly and update the CRM (Salesforce, Google Sheets, etc.)

  • Keep track of all calls, show rates, and notes for transparency

  • Follow up and re-engage older conversations

  • Work closely with our internal and client teams to make sure everything runs smoothly

  What We’re Looking For

  • Fluent, natural English (both written and spoken — neutral accent preferred)

  • Confident communicator who can adjust tone depending on who they’re talking to

  • Organized and reliable. If you say you’ll follow up, you actually do

  • Fast learner who enjoys improving systems and learning new tools

  • Team player with a calm and professional attitude under pressure

  Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in international appointment setting or B2B communication

  • Excellent English grammar and writing

  • Comfort working in U.S. time zones (EST/CST overlap)

  • Familiar with tools like Instantly, Salesforce, Clay, Google Sheets, and Calendly

  • Bonus: Experience working with finance, consulting, or professional service clients
