You’ll speak with UK-based leads generated from paid ads (TikTok, Meta). Your job is simple but not easy: convert cold enquiries into paid appointments by calling, texting and following up relentlessly.This is a performance-driven role with no space for laziness or excuses.

Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

Exceptional English. Near-native fluency. Clear accent. Confident understanding of British English.
Experience: 6 to 24 months in appointment setting, remote sales, cold calling, or closing.
Hyper-discipline: You show up every day, no drama, no dropping the ball.
Loyalty & integrity: We invest in people who stay and grow.
Brains & initiative: You solve problems before anyone even asks.
Tech-savvy: Comfortable with CRMs (GoHighLevel preferred), WhatsApp, Stripe, calling tools.
Fast learner: You’ll follow scripts, but you must also think on your feet.
Performance mentality: You love targets and hate losing.
Availability: Able to work UK hours, including weekends/rotational shifts.

Your Daily Responsibilities

Call all new inbound leads within minutes.
Convert enquiries into booked appointments.
Secure deposits on the call via Stripe.
Follow up with warm leads consistently and intelligently.
Maintain high-detail notes inside GoHighLevel.
Communicate like a pro on WhatsApp voice notes, text, and calls.
Hit daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
Represent AccelerationTech and our UK clinics with professionalism.

Compensation

This is performance-based with a stable base salary (80-100K) You’ll earn above industry standard if you perform. (Approx. 50-100K in commissions) (Details shared with shortlisted candidates.)
