JSSP:
· Oversee the JSSP Office Manager (and tasks such as finance, procurement, vendor management)
· Take a lead on workshop forecasting in inception if needed
· Support JSSP Consultants in taking the approval of their activities, which are not forecasted in quarterly forecast and seek urgent approval from Project managers.
· Oversee Insurance, EOBI, bank account of ASO Peshawar office.
· Tracking of consultant per diems
· Reviewing workshop forecasts/activity forecast/quick win operation expenditure in KP (as needed)
· Supervise event/workshop organizations/ out of office working if in Gov. Departments e.g. Home Department, Police, and/or SSU.
· Raise potential resource constraints between JSSP and KESP (and potential conflicts) and provide reasonable processes and methods of resolving them.
· General support to the team.
KESP
· Forecasting days of consultants (once a month activity)
· Tracking of consultant per diems
· Reviewing workshop forecasts before sending to PMs
· Compliance check of procurements in accordance to BPM
· Make sure PMs sign off on workshop strategy concept note.
· Supervise event/workshop organizations
· Financial review of workshop adjustment forms before
Responsibilities from KESP OM/AOM
· Oversee procurements of KESP and JSSP
- Supervise the process of inventory and assets management which includes issuing equipment, updating inventory list, carrying out physical inventory checks and sharing quarterly inventory report with the Project manager in Islamabad
· Address consultants complaints regarding their district workshops, projects vehicles and administrative staff
