The role is based on-site and involves working morning and evening shifts.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and engage potential clients through cold calling, networking, and participation in industry events. Conduct product demonstrations and follow up consistently to close sales deals. Prepare detailed proposals, negotiate contract terms, and finalize agreements with clients. Ensure a smooth handover of accounts to the customer success team after sales closure. Build and maintain strong business relationships with both prospective and existing clients. Collaborate effectively with marketing, product development, and client success teams to align strategies and client support. Plan and implement sales strategies aimed at meeting and exceeding revenue and sales targets. Provide regular sales reports and updates internally and to headquarters. Draft personalized communications to engage and retain clients. Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate client information, track sales activities, and generate relevant reports. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within the current client portfolio. Mentor junior team members on sales-related tasks and best practices. Proactively address and resolve any issues or concerns raised by potential clients.
Required Qualifications
Exceptional communication skills in English, both written and verbal. Strong proficiency with leading CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, and Outreach. Proven experience in business-to-business (B2B) sales development. Competency in database tools including Google Sheets and Google Dashboard. Excellent organizational, project management, objection handling, and time management skills. Ability to analyze sales reports and present findings clearly to cross-functional teams. Capacity to multitask, meet deadlines, and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
