We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Account Manager to join our Client Services team. In this role, you will act as the primary liaison for clients, ensuring their requirements are met and that campaigns run smoothly and efficiently. You will work closely with internal teams to deliver timely results, maintain strong client relationships, and identify opportunities to expand accounts. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and nurture client relationships, serving as the main point of contact for daily communications.
- Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate campaign execution and ensure deliverables are completed on time.
- Monitor campaign performance metrics and provide clients with regular, insightful updates.
- Identify opportunities for account growth and present upselling options to clients.
- Prepare comprehensive reports, presentations, and proposals tailored to client needs and objectives.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline.
- At least 2 years of experience in client services, account management, or a similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational abilities with a strong attention to detail.
- Proven capability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously while maintaining high-quality service standards.
