Recruit Champion is looking for an Account Manager to join its client’s team at JI Solutions & Hardware, with opportunities available in Karachi, Lahore, or Islamabad depending on business requirements. This full-time, onsite position is centered on driving revenue growth and strengthening customer relationships by managing key client accounts. The Account Manager will be responsible for the complete sales lifecycle, including client acquisition, proposal development, contract negotiation, order booking, and delivery coordination. A critical aspect of the role involves identifying opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell integrated hardware, software, and networking solutions, thereby expanding the business portfolio and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and nurture key client portfolios to maintain ongoing engagement, retention, and satisfaction throughout the sales process.
- Identify and actively pursue cross-selling and up-selling opportunities across hardware, software, and networking products to stimulate business growth.
- Collaborate closely with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs), presales, and delivery teams to develop and implement customized solutions tailored to client requirements.
- Lead contract negotiations, prepare comprehensive proposals, and ensure timely order booking, delivery, and revenue recognition.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to continuously refine sales strategies and improve product positioning.
- Maintain accurate and current client records, sales pipelines, and forecasts using CRM systems.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, commercial terms, and ethical standards in all activities.
- Represent the company at industry events, product launches, and client meetings to enhance brand presence and foster strong relationships.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3 to 6 years of experience in B2B account management or ICT sales, preferably involving enterprise or government clients.
- Strong knowledge of IT hardware, including PCs, laptops, and networking equipment, along with enterprise software solutions.
- Familiarity with procurement processes in both public and private sectors.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English and Urdu.
- Customer-focused mindset with strong relationship management and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment, demonstrating accountability and professional integrity.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- A Master’s degree such as an MBA or MS in Marketing, Sales, or IT is preferred.
- Certifications in sales, communication, or account management will be considered an advantage.
