Responsibilities:

  • Updating and processing the inter-company transactions and its tracking on a periodic basis
  • Performing bank reconciliations
  • Receiving and recording bills/vouchers and keeping track against relevant expenses
  • Excellent conceptual clarity on accounting concepts
  • Processing withholding tax returns for employees and vendors
  • Maintaining fixed asset register
  • Other duties

  • Analytical and problem solving ability
  • Effective written communications
  • Proficient in software, including QuickBooks, spreadsheets, and word-processing programs at a highly proficient level
  • Ability to take ownership of a task from start to finish, and manage projects effectively
