Kontempo Digital, a prominent provider of innovative e-commerce digital solutions, is looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant to join their team onsite in Lahore. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining financial operations with accuracy and efficiency. This role requires a minimum of two years of relevant experience, strong proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel, and the ability to ensure precise bookkeeping, reporting, and compliance with financial regulations. The position follows a night shift schedule from 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM and offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from PKR 50,000 to 70,000.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using QuickBooks.
- Prepare monthly financial reports, including income statements and balance sheets.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
- Perform bank reconciliations and verify the accuracy of all financial transactions.
- Prepare and update cash flow statements and expense reports regularly.
- Support tax calculations and filings in accordance with local regulatory requirements.
- Conduct budget tracking and variance analysis to aid management in decision-making.
- Generate and maintain Excel-based reports for internal reviews and audits.
- Assist in implementing and enhancing financial controls and documentation processes.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
- At least 2 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping roles.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online is essential.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas, and charts.
- Strong analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Good understanding of tax regulations and compliance standards.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities efficiently.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
This full-time position is based onsite at Kontempo Digital’s office in Lahore’s DHA – 1 area.
