We, at Accounting Firm, are looking for dedicated and hardworking individuals for our Islamabad office. It is an entry-level position with the potential to grow to a higher level. Junior accountants leading to a full-time job after successful completion of 2 months of probation period.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Record day-to-day banking transactions and complete the posting process using Accounting Software.
- Assist in the Accounts Receivable functions including collection, invoicing, cash receipts.
- Assist in month-end closing.
- Preparation of Financial reports and Bank Reconciliations
- Assist in managing the Fixed Asset Schedule (Add, Disposal, Reconciliation)
- Participate in process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in accounting, business economics, or finance required.
- At least 1 year of accounting experience.
- Familiarity with accounting and corporate finance principles and procedures
The ideal candidate should be a self-motivated individual eager to learn in a fast-paced environment with a long-term job commitment. It’s a rare opportunity to work in a US-based firm based in Pakistan with 5 days working week and 9:00 AM To 6:00 PM in office.
