Key Responsibilities
Manage daily accounting operations with a focus on accuracy and adherence to internal policies. Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements in line with IFRS standards, ensuring compliance and reliability. Support month-end and year-end closing processes by delivering timely and high-quality financial reports. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to improve financial reporting and optimize processes. Utilize SQL, Power BI, automation tools, and AI-driven solutions to enhance reporting accuracy and develop insightful dashboards. Lead and participate in finance initiatives aimed at process automation and digital transformation. Assist with audits, maintain robust internal controls, and drive continuous improvements in financial processes. Provide actionable financial insights to support strategic decision-making and communicate findings effectively to stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
Candidates must hold a professional accounting qualification such as CA, ACCA, or an MBA in Finance. A proven track record of 5 to 8 years in accounting or financial reporting is essential. Strong knowledge of IFRS is required, while familiarity with US GAAP is considered a significant advantage. Proficiency in SQL, Power BI, automation tools, and a solid understanding of AI applications in finance are critical. Excellent communication and presentation skills are necessary to convey complex financial information clearly and effectively. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities are expected.
