Accounting Manager

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily accounting operations to ensure accuracy and compliance with internal policies.
- Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements in accordance with IFRS standards.
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes by delivering timely and high-quality financial reports.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance financial reporting and improve process efficiency.
- Utilize SQL, Power BI, automation tools, and AI-driven solutions to streamline workflows, increase reporting accuracy, and develop insightful dashboards.
- Lead and participate in initiatives focused on process automation and digital transformation within the Finance function.
- Assist with audits, maintain robust internal controls, and drive continuous process improvements.
- Provide financial insights to support strategic decision-making and communicate findings effectively to stakeholders.

Required Qualifications
- Professional qualification such as CA, ACCA, or MBA in Finance.
- 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in accounting or financial reporting.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS; exposure to US GAAP is a significant advantage.
- Proficiency in SQL, Power BI, automation tools, and familiarity with AI applications in finance.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information clearly.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, and technology-driven environment.
