Accounts Executive Intern

We are looking for a motivated Account Executive Intern to join our team based in Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Block 10A, Karachi. This entry-level role is ideal for fresh graduates or final-year students who want to gain practical accounting experience in a professional setting. The position requires a full-time, on-site commitment from Monday to Saturday, 10 AM to 7 PM, and offers a monthly stipend of PKR 10,000. Preference will be given to candidates residing near Johar and Gulshan-e-Iqbal due to the location requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in maintaining financial records using QuickBooks Desktop (QBD), QuickBooks Online (QBO), and other accounting software.
- Support accounting entries related to invoices, purchases, bills, petty cash, and reconciliations.
- Help prepare and track invoices to ensure accuracy and timely processing.
- Perform basic financial tasks using Microsoft Excel, including data entry and simple calculations.
- Collaborate with senior team members to support daily accounting operations and learn best practices.

Required Qualifications:
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and concepts.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel for handling financial data.
- Hands-on experience with QuickBooks Desktop is essential.
- Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn and adapt.
- Punctuality and commitment to a full-time work schedule.
