Accounts Executive

As we continue to grow, we are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team in Lahore. Key Responsibilities
Manage daily financial transactions with accuracy and attention to detail. Prepare and maintain comprehensive financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and tax filings. Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes to ensure timely and accurate payments. Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities to support business objectives. Regularly reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts to maintain accurate records. Ensure compliance with applicable tax regulations and financial reporting standards. Provide financial insights that aid strategic decision-making. Perform reconciliations of supplier and customer accounts, resolve discrepancies, and ensure timely settlements. Maintain organized financial records, ensure precise data entry, and assist with audits as required. Manage attendance and payroll functions, while offering support to senior management on additional financial tasks as needed.

Required Qualifications
A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is required, with a Master’s degree preferred. Candidates should have a minimum of five years of proven experience in accounting or finance roles. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office is essential, with advanced Excel skills being particularly important. Strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving abilities, and analytical skills are necessary. Effective communication and organizational skills are required to work efficiently. The ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment is important. A proactive attitude, along with a willingness to learn and grow professionally, is highly valued.
