An established company is looking to hire an experienced Accounts Executive Payable with 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in a reputable organization. The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or a BS in Accounting & Finance. This role demands strong expertise in managing accounts payable functions efficiently, along with proficiency in ERP systems and advanced skills in MS Excel and MS Word. The position is full-time and requires on-site attendance at the company’s location.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process employee and party payments accurately through the ERP system.
- Monitor and follow up on Letters of Credit (LCs) and import advance payments, ensuring timely and correct adjustments within the ERP.
- Post and reconcile bills related to clearing agents’ services to maintain accurate financial records.
- Coordinate with the internal audit team on matters related to imports and clearing agents to ensure compliance and resolve any discrepancies.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or BS in Accounting & Finance.
- 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in accounts payable within a reputable company.
- Proficiency in ERP systems for managing financial transactions and record-keeping.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word for data management and reporting purposes.
