Job Description and Responsibilities:
- Must assist manager with day-to-day operations and processes.
- Work with the manager to systematically manage business policy
- Processing payments, creating invoices, contacting clients regarding unpaid invoices, recording income and receipts and data entry
- Preparation of financial statements showing business profits and expenses
- Prepare annual operations budgets in coordination with manager.
- Manage and regularly monitor program expenses with regular budget versus actual analysis.
- To ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of banking and currency practice
- Ensure bank and cash accounts are reconciled regularly
- Adherence to all company rules and regulations
- Working experience with accounting software such as SAP will be preferred.
Job requirements
- Strong understanding of Ms. Excel and SAP.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize and plan effectively.
- Good conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Positive, welcoming attitude.
