We are a fast-moving company searching for dynamic, experienced professionals to join our rapidly expanding team.
We currently have an opening for Accounts officer Receivables.
Essential responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- The position will be a very “hands-on” role, providing guidance to the accounting staff, particularly regarding process improvement and practical project and time management.
- Will supervise directly or indirectly A/RA, cash applications, payroll, and commission calculation accounting.
- Engage in transaction processing, particularly with regards to fixing mixed processed transactions, but more importantly develop improved procedures and processes to prevent errors from happening in the first case.
- Reconciliation of bank accounts, and credit card deposits, and maintaining the integrity of customer account balances.
- Provide support/training to others in the use of G- Suites or SAP
- Ensure integrity of financial transactions, particularly focusing on inventory control and sales cycle.
- Maintain the integrity of bills of materials, item pricing tables, and commission rate tables.
- Inventory count- reconcile to the general ledger and reconcile to the perpetual inventory record.
- Research and resolve unusual balances.
- Prepare financial statements and debt covenants.
- Develop departmental and related financial statements.
- Develop performance metrics to monitor.
Skills and Abilities Required:
- 3+ years of post-qualification experience.
- Minimum of 2 years in a supervisory capacity.
- MBA Finance/ ACCA /CA-Finalist/ CMA Finalist.
- Self-starter with excellent interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills.
- Strong analytical, data-gathering, and reporting skills.
- Experience working with, and presenting to, senior executives.
- Strong fluency with Excel formulas and functions.
- Good business acumen.
- Extensive experience with either G-Suites or SAP.
- Willing to work in Eastern Time Zone.
