KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manages accounting function related to Accounts Receivable including issuance of invoices and interaction with Client Services team
- Ensure correct authorization of invoices and inter company invoices
- Develops, implements and maintains Accounts Receivable systems to ensure adherence to company guideline
- Complete monthly, quarterly and year-end Accounts Receivable close responsibilities; ensure deadlines are met
- Participation in external audit activities.....
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
- At least bachelor degree or equivalent in business administration, accounting or finance
- Five years plus experience in Accounting or Accounts Receivable processes within a shared service centre environment
- Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced, diverse cross-functional global environment with emphasis on accuracy
- Experience of working in ERP environment preferably in GreatPlains
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ready to work US Eastern time (6pm to 3am).
- Work location - Lahore
