We are looking for a dedicated Account Officer to join our team in Lahore. The successful candidate will bring hands-on experience in accounting and taxation, with a thorough understanding of regulatory filings and financial reporting. This full-time, on-site role demands proficiency in accounting software and advanced Excel skills to support and enhance our financial operations efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain accurate financial records, ensuring full compliance with all regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and submit tax returns to the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) and Punjab Revenue Authority (PRA) within stipulated deadlines.
- Generate, review, and analyze financial statements to assist management in informed decision-making.
- Utilize ERP and accounting software to streamline accounting processes and ensure data accuracy.
- Collaborate with various internal departments to maintain strong financial controls and ensure adherence to company policies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a closely related discipline.
- A minimum of 3 to 5 years of professional experience in accounts and taxation.
- Comprehensive knowledge of FBR and PRA regulatory filings and financial statement preparation.
- Proficiency in ERP/accounting software coupled with advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
