We are a software and education company and we are in need of an inhouse Accountant
You must know
- paper ledgers,
- usage of accountancy software,
- How to submit company tax information to relevant government departments.
- Uphold all hr procedures i.e. attendance, preparing payrolls, getting a contract signed, recruitment, etc
- Know fully how hr software works etc
- at least a few years of experience..
- On a daily basis check figures, income. expenses and maintain/collect/gather associated documents/bills etc
- Hold our cash accounts
- followup on creditors to collect past overdue
- maintain an inventory list of all office assets.
A formal degree is not a requirement
Know the actual task and past experience is key.
