Job Description:
- Clear communication
- Positive and patient
- Hands on experience on excel
Duties:
- Responsible for providing exceptional service to callers
- Update and maintain caller database
- Help train new recruits
- Report on new queries
Working hours: 10:00am - 6:00pm (Monday - Saturday)
