Objective 1
Support in Warehouse Data Management (Have excellent numeracy, literacy and organisational skills)
Tasks & responsibilities
- Support in moving and organising the data files.
- Loading, unloading, moving of trunks as per advised directions.
- Making list of files accurately as per the data available in each trunk.
- Labelling all data trunks accurately that is available in warehouse.
- Highlight the data which is inidentifiable.
- Support in other management of data management in warehouse for easy retrieval.
Internal
- Close collaboration with Compliance Department especially with compliance Assistant.
External
- Not applicable
- Will verbally update the Compliances assistant weekly.
- Will update the assignment status in writing fortnightly.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelors
- Minimum 6 month experience in data archiving and scanning. .
SKILLS
ESSENTIAL
- MS office Skill i.e. Excel and Word
- Ability to scan documents and properly arrange the scan documents.
PREFERRED
- Honesty, reliability, autonomy and sense of responsibility
- Good communication skills
- Ability to respect deadlines and to deal with important workload
