Purpose of the role:

The Compliance Manager will be responsible for ensuring the donor and ACF compliances are adhered by applying multiple techniques  i.e. spot checks/Review of internal departments and co-applicants. The position holder will be responsible for the establishment of a system for risk Management Process (identification/mitigation) within the PINS (ER2) programme. 

Individual accountabilities

  • Conducting regular compliance review/Spot checks of PINS partners as per signed agreement and share a comprehensive report/findings on timely manner for rectification and mitigation.
  • Conducting departmental review/Spot checks (PINS Office) for ensuring compliance to ACF policies and EU guidelines, including due diligence.
  • Conducting Due Diligence of partners.
  • Sensitizing PINS/Co-applicants on Fraud and how to report a fraud.
  • Conducting reviews/Spot checks of (PINS Project) Archives (Hard & soft) and report challenges timely.
  • Supporting Capital Compliance team in investigations (PINS Project) of PSEA and fraud.

Manage the feedback complaint boxes at the field
