Objective 1
Data entry of SMART Survey using ENA software and excel based data entry tool and Reporting
Tasks & responsibilities
- To attend SMART survey training ;
- Handling of ENA software and excel based data entry tools and troubleshooting;
- To ensure regular collection of data collected by enumeration team through after validation of field officer;
- To ensure accurate and timely key punching of data received from field;
- To identify data errors and share with enumeration teams through field officer;
- To maintain records of hard copies of data collection forms in files by districts;
- To share periodic database with MEAL Officer/Manager for data quality audit ;
- To provide regular report on data received and punched into databases;
- To provide feedback/report on data errors by enumerator/team to MEAL officer and field officer;
- To provide analysis of achievement by sampling methodology; and
- Any other task assign by supervisor.

Internal
- Under the guidance of – Assessment Officer, MEAL Officer
- In coordination with – MEAL Manager, Logistics department, Field Officer, Enumerators and IM Department
External
None
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree with minimum 02 years of overall experience in data entry in development sector – experience of conducting SMART survey is an added value;
Working experience on ENA software is an added value;
- Good written and verbal communication in Sindhi and Urdu language;
- Good interpersonal skills;
- Proven knowledge of MS office, specially Ms excel;
- Good resource and time management skill;
- Ability to work in a hard areas in field;
- Ability to work independently and with self-motivation; and
- Willingness to travel frequently in different districts.
Preference
- Previous experience working in Sindh;
- Experience within a large national or international organization;
- Experience of data collection in SMART survey;
- Experience working in development and emergency projects ; and
- Experience working on nutrition programs
