Purpose of the role:
The Divisional Officer will be to provide support in the organization of district-level meetings of partners and with external stakeholders, support in coordination with district-level matters and representation at district level meetings (DCCN, DLG, Ad hoc meetings). Divisional Officer will also be involved in conducting field level monitoring and reporting, to assist partners in smooth implementation of PINS-2 activities (Treatment and outreach) in assigned districts as per standard guidelines and also to provide technical support to PINS-2 partners in their respective update.
Individual accountabilities
1. Collection of district profiling data from different stakeholders in assigned districts and it’s updated on a regular basis.
2. Provide supportive supervision and mentoring of PINS partners’ staff at the district level.
3. Ensure the organization of district liaison group meeting on a monthly basis.
4. Conduct field visits to ensure the quality of services as per guideline.
5. To advocate ACF work at different forum and meetings.
6. Assist partners for proper allocation of CHS and CHWs to cater targeted population.
7. To keep update line manager and head of the base regarding overall operation at the district level

Master's Degree in relevant field
Minimum 04 years of overall experience and 02 years in relevant field in development sector
