Purpose of the role
- Overall purpose of this position will be to provide support to Senior Finance Manager & capital finance team in donor and financial reporting as per compliance.
- Prepare financial reports of all projects in SINDH, Reconciliation of financial reports and BFU. Review of partners financial reports and update the financial systems accordingly.
- To keep liaison with auditors in projects audits & to ensure that financial data must be up-to date for donor reporting
Job Profile
- Master's Degree in relevant field
- Minimum 04 years of overall experience and 02 years in relevant field in development sector
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field with minimum 06 years overall experience with 04 years in relevant field in development sector
Individual accountabilities
1-Ensure project financial reports for donor and partners are prepared according with donor requirements.
2- Provide analysis of grants and ensure up-to date forecast by ensuring accuracy;
3-Review of donor guidelines and ensure flexibility is fully respected
4-Prepare internal and external financial reports of projects
5-Prepare Budgets for the new proposal as per donor guidelines
6-Assist Senior Finance Manager in Planning, assessing & monitoring financial conditions & forecasting for consortium partner’s ongoing projects.
7-Coordinate Partners for reports scheduling and funds management, consolidate consortium report by ensuring all transaction are are duly incorporated in SAGA partner accounting.
8-Preparation of budgets with Program team on Donor Formats.
9-Close Coordination with budget holders for revision of budgets.
10-Assist Senior Manager Finance in relation to all potential budget proposals.
11-Review of SAGA ledger data for ensuring correct financial reporting.

5. Act as a Focal person of Sr. Finance manager and assist him/her in partners meeting, reviews and coordination with implementing partners.
