Objective 1
Responsible for the entire Recruitment process in Islamabad (and level A positions) under supervision of HRCo
Tasks & responsibilities
· Knowledge of using job portals and other advertising options if /when it's necessary
· Definition of ideal candidates profile (interviewing supervisors to know their expectations before to start the recruitment process)
· Assure tools such as testes, interviews questions, interviewers schedule, etc. are updated and also prepared avoiding delays or problems during the process
· Prepare schedules for tests and interviews / contact candidates
· Prepare offer letters
· Make sure all participants in tests and interviews are receiving Regret letters
Objective 2
Support in Documenting the Performance Management Cycle
Tasks & responsibilities
· Support HR CO to plan and coordinate the Performance Management Cycle at the mission level
· Follow up with Senior Management Team, Base HR Officers and staff in order to ensure timely completion of performance management cycle
· Documentation & preparation of compliance rate of performance reviews at the mission level
Objective 3
Lead in HR operations/day to day matters
Tasks & responsibilities
· Responsible for health and life insurance of all employees;
· Liaise with the Health and Life Insurance Companies regarding claims processing, addition and deletion and extension of contract;
· Leave management of all Islamabad staff
Objective 4
Provide support in Trainings
Tasks & responsibilities
· Support HRCo to develop the Annual Training Program for PK mission
· Brief new staff on ACF Internal Regulations
· Identify gaps from Performance Appraisals and suggest trainings
· Identify local and international training providers
· Prepare the HR Monthly Report
Objective 5
Personnel Files & Support in Audits
Tasks & responsibilities
· Complete the files of all ACF staff
· Verify that all the documents are present in each employee’s file
· Provide support in Audits
Objective 6
Induction/Orientation of New Hires
Tasks & responsibilities
· Receiving and welcoming new comer at the time of joining
· Preparation and handing over of induction pack
· Preparation and circulation of staff announcement of new comer
· Scheduling of orientation of new comer with different departments
· Coordinate with logistics department for seating & laptop arrangement
Objective 7
Support in Exit Management of Leaving Staff

· Ensure the completion of Exit Documents as per the HR policy of Action Against Hunger
· Support in conducting exit interviews and ensure proper documentation and follow-up
