Arranging HR Data in Warehouse

Tasks & responsibilities

  • Arrange scattered data and arrange in sequence
  • Verify that all the documents are present in each employee’s file
  • Audit all personnel files and prepare a sheet for missing documents

Objective 2

Scanning of HR files

Tasks & responsibilities

  • Preparation of separate folders for each base
  • Against each base, make separate folders for each employee
  • Prepare folder inside each staff folder for each category ensuring that all the documents are of good quality scan.
  • Converting all the files in PDF format.

Objective 3

Support in HOMERE

Tasks & responsibilities

  • Support in data updating
  • Support in generation of PR
