- CMA Inter Qualified or CA Qualified or ACCA or MBA
Timing:
- 8 pm to 5 am (Night Shift)
- We are a growing Accounting Consultancy firm having a portfolio of Multi-Million Dollar companies in the States.
- We are looking to hire a finance professional having a good grip on Accounting and Finance with hands-on expertise in the technological aspects of today’s business accounting.
- Prepares asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information of different businesses like Drop shipping, Manufacturing, etc.
- Documents financial transactions by entering account information.
- Recommends financial actions by analyzing accounting options.
- Summarizes current financial status by collecting information; preparing the balance sheet, profit, and loss statement, and other reports according to IFRS or GAAP as may require.
- Preparing an inventory reconciliation report and made adjustments accordingly.
- Reconciles financial discrepancies (like in Banks, Cash, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Inventory, etc.) by collecting and analyzing account information.
- Secures financial information by completing database backups.
- Prepares payments by verifying documentation, and requesting disbursements.
- Answers accounting procedure questions by researching and interpreting accounting policy and regulations.
- Prepares special financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends.
- To make sure professional and technical knowledge is up to date.
- Accomplishes the result by performing the duty.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
