Aci Foods is seeking a diligent Food Processor Worker to join our production team. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in food processing or packaging and possess strong skills in machine operation, packaging, and equipment maintenance. This role requires physical stamina to handle the demands of the production environment and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
The Food Processor Worker plays a critical role in ensuring products are processed and packaged efficiently and safely, adhering to quality standards and company protocols. This position does not include team management responsibilities but requires close collaboration with colleagues to meet production targets and maintain a smooth workflow. The successful individual will be responsible for operating processing machines, maintaining food processing equipment, handling packaging tasks, and supporting overall production activities to uphold Aci Foods’ commitment to quality and safety.
Responsibilities
- Operate food processing machinery efficiently and safely according to company guidelines.
- Perform packaging tasks, ensuring products are securely and correctly packaged.
- Maintain and clean food processing equipment to ensure optimal operation and cleanliness standards.
- Assist with handling raw materials and finished goods in compliance with safety regulations.
- Follow established procedures and quality standards throughout the processing and packaging activities.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines.
- Report any equipment malfunctions, safety hazards, or quality issues to supervisors promptly.
- Support inventory management by tracking supplies and materials used in processing activities.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.
