- To supervise gate activities i.e. in-out of individuals & material movement.
- To monitor unnecessary movement of the people inside the factory.
- To supervise deliveries of yarn, fabric & towel.
- To strictly implement all management policies with the help of department head and Incharges.
- To look after safety & security matters of the factory.
- To inspect firefighting equipments on fortnightly basis.
- To make sure that all emergency exit routes are not stuck, easily accessible and guide the people to follow emergency exits for faster evacuation in case of an emergency.
- To maintain a safe and secure factory environment that meets health and security standards.
- To supervise housekeeping staff and ensure proper cleaning of the factory.
- To manage and dispose-off scrap material timely to approved vendors.
- To allocate rooms to staff, keep an eye on in-out of colony residence, point-out any improper activities inside the colony and make regular visits of Staff Colony.
- To make menu, billing for Canteen and inspect food quality on daily basis.
- To monitor Security Staff and ensure proper security of the factory.
- Any other task assigned by the management.
