• To Identify and open ALP/L&N centers within community-level according to the predefined criteria

·       To ensure quality Education in center/school through capacity building of local teacher


·       To conduct monitoring visits of centers to ensure the proper functioning of centers


·       To Organize and conduct refresher courses for teachers for the capacity building of the teachers

·       To collect data, making daily/ weekly report, and submit to respective authorities


·       To conduct monthly parents and school management committee meeting and maintain a record at center/office level


·      To collect and compile the database of the learners on the prescribed formats


·      To collect materials, distribute and uses the materials in the center/school level

·       To mobilize the community through broad based community meetings and influential meeting at the community level

·       To take measure during the visits for the capacity building of teachers through demonstration of model lesson plans  

·       Experience developing and implementing School Improvement plans (SIP) & community mobilization plans

·       Extensive experience of working with School Management committees SMC`s/PTC`s/ Communities and teachers for ensuring learners' attendance and retention rates.


·      Able to identify out of school children/ new locations, and manage good talent at space level.


·       Conducting classroom observations as per the approved checklist

·       Maintains quality relationships with the school teachers, the CMC members, the parents at the community level


·       Organizes for meticulous implementation of school policies and processes related to education.


·       Good understanding of challenges involved in implementing Non-formal education programs for adolescent girls in the rural areas of Sindh.


·       Good understanding of child safeguarding/protection/inclusion issues in Pakistan. Particularly for girls.


·       Previous experience of working in Non-Formal education


·        Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
