Responsibilities

  • Conduct community mobilization according to schedule and priorities determined by the Project  Manager
  • Initiate the process of community mobilization in the target areas;
  • Conduct village profile assessment and other assessments as per the request of the Program Manager
  • Supports AMEU in conducting field assessments
  • Form or reactivate Village Organizations, Health Management Committees, Union Council Health Forums and Tehsil Health Forum;
  • Conduct training and capacity building of Village Organizations, Health Management Committees, Union Council Health Forums and Tehsil Health Forum;
  • Organize regular meetings with Village Organizations, Health Management Committees, Union Council Health Forums and Tehsil Health Forum
  • Identify Lady Health Workers, volunteers and traditional birth attendants in the target communities.
  • Facilitate village organizations to do health needs assessments and to develop, implement and monitor Health Action Plans.
  • Provide Health Education Sessions on Health Education, ARI and CDD.
  • Monitor the activities and Health Education Sessions conducted by CVs for community.
  • Ensure that the messages are delivered to remote settlements and destitute.
  • Ensure accurate and timely reporting of activities and materials used;
  • Ensure effective integration and mainstreaming of gender into all programs.
  • Liaise with local authorities;
  • Maintain good working relation with local communities;
  • Conduction of Household assessment at villages level
  • Distribution of token and food packages to selected
