1. Archive Assistant TORS,
2. Document Management as per ACTED procedure,
3. Scanning of Documents, store in 2 different devices and ensure its accessibility to authorized staff.
4. All documents must be scan in PDF file
5. Insure the quality of scanned documents (Scanned data must be readable)
6. Packing and stacking of Documents as per given guideline
7. Packing of scanned documents in carton / Plastic Bag with proper tagging Number
8. Remove all useless and very old document from the archive room
9. Any special tasks assigned by supervisor.
