A. Development of Information Collection Mechanisms
- To develop distribution sheets for program teams;
- To ensure regular gathering of data collected by AME Monitors and of distribution sheets;
- To ensure accurate and timely entry of data into the database;
- To ensure proper filing of data.
B. Reporting
- To work according to the priorities set by the AME Coordinator and Snr. Database Operator;
- To report to the Database Operator at frequent and regular intervals on the progress of data entry and any outstanding inaccuracies and / or discrepancies.
The staff member is responsible for ensuring that all relations with the communities we work are conducted in a respectful and consultative manner. Due attention must be paid to ensuring that communities are adequately consulted and informed about ACTED programme objectives, activities, beneficiary selection criteria, and methodologies. This is the responsibility of every ACTED staff member.
Skills
- Familiar with local language/dynamics.
- Good report writing skills is required.

Social cohesion is a key component to ensuring equitable service provision. ACTED’s interventions include the establishment of local representation bodies as well as supporting the rights of women, minorities and marginalized groups; Pillar 4 – Environmental protection and community resilience – This pillar aims to mitigate some of the effects of recurrent disasters, climate change and environmental degradation.
