The position will fully support the implementation of all HR and Administration tasks. S/he will be reportable to HR/Admin Officer and Country HR Manager. 

Functions:

A.     Human Resources

  • Receive applications for employment; maintain candidates’ data in recruitment database.
  • Support the HR department during recruitment and selection process starting for staff requisition until induction. Uploading positions on rozee.pk and assisting in long listing process.
  • Uploading monthly data on EOBI and processing the payment.
  • Updating all monthly HR/Admin follow-ups of capital office and supporting field offices for updating and at the end of month consolidation of all monthly follow-ups.
  • Monthly HR documentation preparation and updation.
  • Checking and filling monthly attendance sheets and supervision of late arrivals.
  • Assisting in throughout the appraisal process.
  • Updating personal files of national and international staff and scanning of our staff personal files.
  • Maintaining signature book on daily basis.

B.      Administrative support

  • Follow up monthly payment for office and GH electricity, water supply, and telephones bills.
  • Update monthly reporting documents.
  • Updating all admin follow-ups.
  • Prepare new ID cards for new International and National staff.
  • Assisting in air ticketing, hotel booking, and payment processing.
  • Support staff management in office and Guest House and taking care of staff roasters.
  • Office and guest house maintenance and coordination with logistics for action.
  • Supervision of Support staff, Cook, Office Helper & gardener.
  • Assisting in event management.
  • Stationary and HR archive management.
  • Performs other duties as requested.
