Assignment
Under the supervision of the Project Manager, the Master Trainer (Consultant) – WASH & DRR will be responsible for the content development, planning, implementation, and follow-up of Project within the target areas of the office. This assignment includes planning, training, strategizing, mobilization, supervision of implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of program activities, internal and reporting.
1. Purpose of the consultancy
The specific purpose of this consultancy is to build the capacity of ACTED’s staff, CRPs and WASH Management Committees (WMCs) on WASH & DRR, who will further impart this knowledge through comprehensive trainings to communities in the selected target Union Councils/Villages for awareness raising on WASH & DRR.

Social cohesion is a key component to ensuring equitable service provision. ACTED’s interventions include the establishment of local representation bodies as well as supporting the rights of women, minorities and marginalized groups; Pillar 4 – Environmental protection and community resilience – This pillar aims to mitigate some of the effects of recurrent disasters, climate change and environmental degradation.
