Data Analyst would be tasked with working in the phone server and using the data to create reports showing management how much time an individual has spent on the phone for the day on both incoming and outgoing calls.
Job Description:
- Analyze data using statistical methods
- Prepare and present comprehensive report/summary of conclusions drawn from the analysis
- Identify patterns and develop predictive models on complex data sets
- Suggest and establish improvements in data querying and analysis processes
Skills:
- Sound knowledge of probability and statistics
- Experience in quality assurance
- Strong Excel Skills; Pivot Tables, Data Sanitization
- Experience in trends and analytics reporting
